Loring Park
Right outside the Woman's Club. We took at lot of walks and picnicked here when Sarah lived in the neighborhood.
Minneapolis Sculpture Garden
Take the walking bridge in Loring Park over the road to get to the free Minneapolis Sculpture Garden.
Basilica of Saint Mary
A beautiful basilica across the park from the Woman's Club. Worth a look inside for the gorgeous architecture.
Eli's Food & Cocktails—Downtown
If you're staying in Minneapolis, check out Eli's for lunch or drinks. We went here at least once a week when Sarah lived in the neighborhood. Find our favorite pastrami sandwich here!
Spyhouse Coffee
Our favorite coffee shop. We had our first date here! A warning, though--parking can be relatively frustrating in this neighborhood.
Minneapolis Institute of Art
Many of our indoor dates occur here. In the same neighborhood as Spyhouse Coffee!
Cedar Lake Point Beach
Try this beach and the connecting trails on Cedar Lake for a relaxing outdoor experience in the heart of the city. We also love the architecture in this neighborhood. Try Lake of the Isles for walking paths and mansions, and Calhoun for a more lively scene and various types of boat rentals.
Isles Bun & Coffee
Come here for a puppy dog tail after you hit the lakes.
Missouri Mouse Antiques
One of our favorite antique stores in our home neighborhood, along with Blue Bicycle down the street on the corner of Fairview and Selby.
Augustine's Bar & Bakery
Two blocks from our home, and just down the street from our favorite antique stores. Come here for coffee, pastries, food, or a beer. Try the harissa chicken wings--one of our favorites!

Our favorite Saint Paul brewery.
