COVID Health and Safety

Because each of you are precious to us we respectfully require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test upon arrival. To ensure we are in compliance with regulations, an attendant will check each guest upon arrival. Thank you for your cooperation.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your little ones, this is an adult only affair. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Parking is very limited at Dancing Pines. Most spaces will be reserved for immediate family and bridal party. We will be hosting shuttle services with multiple pickup and drop off locations. More details to come regarding shuttle services. Stay tuned!

NO SMOKING

Answer

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking of any kind on property. Tahoe tends to be dry during the summer and we would like to take every precaution to prevent forest fires. Any guest who violates this rule will be subject to a very large fine from the property. Please save your lighters and matches for the afterparty.

Can I bring a date?

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Happy hour and dinner service will include a variety of meal choices including vegetarian options. If you have an allergy or special request (vegan, gluten free), please reach out to the bride and groom and we will discuss options with our caterers.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi Formal. We encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel great! Please keep in mind the wedding will be fully outdoors and the weather will be warm. I would save the very expensive shoes and stilettos for another occasion as you will be walking in grass.
