Here is some additional information to help you plan your trip! We will not have a room block, please stay where you are comfortable. Parking is available near the venue, but it's recommended to be in walking distance of the venue.
Flight
RNO Airport
Guests can fly into Reno-Tahoe International Airport (one hour drive) to get to South Tahoe. We highly recommend renting a vehicle to conveniently get around and explore the area.
Travel Note
South Tahoe Airporter
If you don't want to get a rental car, there is ground transportation between the RNO airport and Lake Tahoe, with service directly to the Caesars Republic hotel!
