Hi, I’m Kiara, the bride’s sister. I am honored to be her maid of honor! One of my fondest memories is staying with my sister and her soon-to-be husband in Vancouver, where I got to see firsthand the incredible bond they share. In my free time, I love exploring cafes and diving into music. I proudly play the xylophone for my university’s orchestra and am currently learning how to play the cello. I can’t wait to stand by my sister’s side on her special day!

Hello!! My name is Diya Patel and I know the bride through many years of being integrated into the Tamayo family! I went to school with the bride’s younger sister and was always around to the point where Kristiana became an older sister role model for me. As an eldest daughter myself, it was always so fun to have an older sister figure giving me advice and it was always so funny because the advice was always 6 years too early but I never forgot her words of wisdom. A fun fact about me is I have an extensive pin collection that started because Kiara and Kristiana gifted me enamel pins from Disney.

Despite the difference in age, Kristiana never shied away from sparking conversation with a first grader and immediately took on the role of ultimate older sister. Her wisdom and life experiences have guided me through many of my own challenges. Anyone who has the pleasure of knowing Kristiana truly knows how much of a blessing it is to have her in their lives, and I am beyond honored to be standing by her side on this special day!
