As parents of the bride, Stan and Kim Johnson, and hosts of the wedding uniting Kristen and Tim, we wish to welcome you to this joyous occasion. Given the current Covid-19 situation, the health of the bride and our guests will be our highest priority. With that in mind, we would like to share the measures that have been put into place to help ensure everyone’s safety.
Social distancing will be implemented in seating plans as much as possible. In most cases, parties will be seated according to households, with adequate distance between groups. We strongly encourage that social distancing of 6 feet be maintained between individuals not living in the same household. Hand sanitizer will be available and plentiful. Masks will also be available and are encouraged when social distancing of 6 feet is not possible. Servers have been hired so that guests will not need to handle serving utensils. Servers will be masked and gloved. We ask that you get a mask while getting food or get someone else to get it for you. Clean plates will be provided for “seconds”. Please do not attend the wedding if you are unwell, have a fever, cough, loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, or have been exposed to someone suspected of having or has been diagnosed with Covid-19.
There is a small designated parking lot for Spence Cabin. If parking lot is full, there is additional general parking to the left. The cabin is located to the left of the “road closed” sign. There are two stone pillars framing the trail to the pink cabin.
Thunderstorms predicted. Bring an umbrella!
Cell coverage is very poor. If you need to reach someone, the bride’s parents are: Stan Johnson (336)403-6457 and Kim Johnson (336)624-5048.
