When do I need to get there? When must I leave (because I clearly will not want to)?

Answer

Itinerary card is STILL being finalized but in the meantime: Arrive at Dr. Wilkinson's 9/23 anytime before 6 pm. We will have gotten into town the day before and will be ready to welcome you when you arrive. Dinner in OUR BACKYARD (!! whaaat) will be served around 7 or 7:30 to give us time to explore and freshen up. Feel free to depart anytime you need on 9/26. We may have an informal brunch and checkout is between 12 and 1 so let that be your guide.

Question

How can we coordinate transportation to and from Calistoga to make it most cost efficient for all of us?

Answer

Great question: Renting a car is feasible but by no means required because we'll have a limo bus on Friday and we can rideshare on Saturday. So pretty much the only real transpo to think about is round trip ground to and from the airport. Check out the DOC on the "Travel Preamble" tab to copy/paste your details so the coordination can begin.

What do I need money for on this ridiculous ass weekend?

Food. Wine. Shopping. Airfare. Ground transportation to and from Calistoga. Spa visits (if you want them). Wine.

I don't really want to share a house with people. Would you be terribly upset if I booked my own room?

Answer

Mais no! Absolutely not. If you want to book a room on the property, I'll connect you with Debbie and she can get you a discounted rate. If you wish to stay elsewhere, you are totally welcome to do that. Just remember to be available to catch the bus when we leave on Friday!

Yes. The house is gonna fit us (approximately 15 based on the survey) but I gotta know how many to turn in the rooming list. So please: be real with yourself about if you can make the trip happen. July 20th is the DROP DATE.
