When should I RSVP by?

We ask that all guests RSVP by August 14th.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm. Please arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating. Guests arriving after the ceremony start time will not be seated.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly encourage cocktail attire, with formal optional for guests who would like to dress up a bit more. For men, suits or a sport coat with dress pants are great choices. For women, cocktail dresses, dressy midi dresses, or formal dresses are all welcome. The ceremony will take place outdoors in the garden, followed by an indoor reception. We recommend polished attire appropriate for an elegant evening celebration.

What colors will the wedding party be wearing?

Answer

The wedding party will be dressed in warm, romantic tones ranging from soft rose and blush to rich wine and burgundy. Guests are welcome to wear any colors they love, aside from white, ivory, or cream.

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in the Coleman Gardens. Please note that our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on grass. We suggest guests plan footwear with this in mind. In the event of unexpected weather, the ceremony will be held in the charcoal barn. Following the cocktail hour, guests will enjoy the reception inside the Stiegel Stable.

Can I bring a date?

We kindly request that you only bring the guests specifically named on your wedding invitation. Our venue has limited capacity, and we appreciate your understanding in helping us create an intimate celebration.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration (18+), with the exception of the children in our wedding party.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is on-site parking at the venue. If you prefer to leave your vehicle overnight, you are welcome to do so. We kindly ask that all vehicles be picked up by 12:00 PM the following day.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We've chosen to have an "unplugged ceremony" where we kindly ask guests to set aside their phones and cameras. Our most cherished gift is your undivided attention as we exchange our vows. Professional photographers will capture every moment, and we can't wait to share those images with you shortly after the wedding. Once the ceremony concludes, you're welcome to snap photos and record memories to your heart's content.
