Please note that the resort fee for this block is $25 per night (not $49 per night, which is shown on the website) and will be manually adjusted by the Kimpton prior to your final charge. The room block is available from Friday, March 13 through Sunday, March 15. The Gates South Beach is not directly on the beach, but it does offer a designated beach area just down the street with access to chairs, umbrellas, and other amenities. The discount code should be automatically applied at checkout. The Gates is conveniently located directly across the street from the 1 Hotel South Beach, where our welcome party will be held on Friday, March 13. The room block is available from Friday, March 13 through Sunday, March 15.
