We kindly ask that you RSVP by Thursday, August 1st. If you know in advance that you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as you can.
Semi-formal, cocktail attire is recommended. Our ceremony will be indoors while our reception will be outdoors, fingers crossed for good weather! We recommend bringing a shawl or jacket incase it gets cold at nighttime. Ladies, since you will be walking on grass at the reception we recommend avoiding spiked heels.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Those who are invited are listed on your RSVP.
As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception.
Please include any food allergies on your RSVP and we will accommodate.
Ceremony Parking: There is street parking available at Calvary Church on Church Street. There is also a public lot about a 5 minute walk from the Church at Wayland's Wharf. Reception Parking: There is plenty of parking available on the island for those driving themselves. The address to enter into your maps is “Elihu Island, Stonington, CT 06378. The last town road you will drive on is Island Road, Stonington, CT. At the end of the road, follow the sign for Elihu Island to the right. Please observe the speed limit of 5mph or below once you are on the dirt road as a courtesy to the neighbors along the way. There is an active railroad crossing before you cross over onto the causeway, please be careful and do not ignore the lights and gates on the track. Once you pass over the railroad tracks please drive carefully across the causeway. The Island has been owned by Conor's extended family for almost 100 years, and no one has ever driven off the causeway, please do not be the first! Once you arrive on the island there will be someone there to direct you where to park.
