By when should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by Wednesday, August 16, 2023 so that we can provide an appropriate lead time to our catering team.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Attire is Semi-Formal- think cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, jackets & ties.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that our guests arrive 30 minutes prior to our ceremony start time (especially if you want a good seat!).

Are children welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love your children, and we appreciate your understanding that only children of close family are invited. We hope that parents can enjoy a well-deserved night off!

If I have a dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions when you select your meal for the reception. All food will be prepared in-house at the venue with the exception of desserts, so allergen information can additionally be provided upon request.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at Baywood, and cars are permitted to be left overnight. We will additionally be providing shuttle service between both the Fairfield and Residence Inn hotels and the venue (shuttle timing coming soon).

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of our venue we are limited on space, so extra guests cannot be accommodated. We sincerely hope that you can still be present at this important event in our lives and thank you for your understanding!
