Shuttle Service to and from the Hotel

Shuttle service will be available to transport guests from the hotel to the ceremony and reception, and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. The shuttle to the ceremony will depart the Courtyard Hadley at 3:45pm. We recommend booking your accommodations at the Courtyard by Marriott Hadley Amherst, where the shuttle pick-up and drop-off will take place. If you prefer to drive to the hotel and take the shuttle from there, ample parking is available. Please plan to arrive on time—we don’t want you to miss a moment!

Hotel Check-in is 3:00PM | Hotel Check-out is 12:00PM We have reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $185 for Thursday night and $219 for Friday night. Rooms are first-come, first-serve!
