SHUTTLE SCHEDULE

Answer

Due to the secluded nature of the property, all guests MUST be shuttled to and from the event. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING AT THE VENUE. Shuttles will be provided to and from the event. "Early bird" shuttles will also be provided after dessert for guests wishing to depart early (more details below). Please refer to the schedule below for your DESIGNATED pick up time & location. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GO TO A DIFFERENT PICK UP LOCATION. Seat counts for each pick up location have been carefully calculated and their may not be room for you on different shuttle. Shuttle drivers have also been informed of the number of guests to expect for each pick up, so switching things around will confuse the plan. SHUTTLES WILL DEPART PROMPTLY AT THE PICKUP TIMES BELOW. Shuttles will arrive and begin loading approximately 5-10 minutes before departure. If you miss your shuttle, please call an Uber!

This shuttle is designated for Holiday Inn & Hampton Inn guests, as well as guests driving in for the day. SCHEDULE: 3:45 pm: Holiday Inn, Windsor (Holiday Inn guests only) 3:55 pm: Hampton Inn & Suites, Windsor (Hampton Inn & Drive In guests only) *Please note: there is no parking for non hotel guests at the Holiday Inn

SHUTTLE 2: HEALDSBURG & CLOVERDALE GUESTS

This shuttle is designated for all guests staying at accommodations in the Healdsburg or Cloverdale areas. SCHEDULE: 3:45: Hotel Trio, Healdsburg (Hotel Trio & Best Western Guests only) 4:10 pm: Super 8, Cloverdale (All Cloverdale hotel & airbnb guests) SUPER 8 CLOVERDALE PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: The Super 8 hotel is located in a large, commercial shopping lot. We have confirmed that the parking lot is public and free. You may park in the spaces closest to the hotel or in any spot in the lot. You will not get a ticket for leaving your car for the duration of the event. If you need to leave your car overnight, the event of getting a ticket is extremely unlikely. Please do not leave any valuables visible in your vehicle or leave your vehicle for multiple days. *SUPER 8 PICK UP GUESTS PLEASE BE ADVISED: UBERS ARE LIMITED OR NON EXISTENT IN THE AREA. Please be on time! If you miss your shuttle, you may need to backtrack and drive south to a better serviced area. *HEALDSBURG GUESTS: Please note - there is no parking available for non hotel guests at Hotel Trio. Best Western guests must walk or Uber to the hotel pick up point.
