Welcome Celebration

7:30 pm

Please join us for a Welcome Celebration at 7:30pm in the Tap Room at Bear Lake Reserve Lake Club. Service on the mountain is limited, so please use the map and directions provided at the greeter's cottage. This will be a cash/credit-card only event.

Shuttle Schedule

2:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Please take a look at the map provided and locate the shuttle pick-up location that is closest to the house you are staying at. When you check in the Welcome Center will give directions from the house you are staying at to the shuttle location. The shuttles have limited capacity to about 13 guests, so please be mindful when choosing a shuttle time to get to the venue. Shuttle Pick-Up Schedule: Amphitheater (Behind Front Gate) - 2:10pm, 2:50pm Bear Creek Park (Mid-Way Bridge) - 2:30pm, 3:00pm Condos (Saddlenotch Drive) - 3:00pm, 3:10pm, 3:20pm
