This event is only open to immediate family members, our bridal party, and their plus ones.
4:30 pm
Shuttle will depart the hotel at 4:30pm to deliver guests to the venue before our ceremony begins. Non-hotel guests are welcome to use the shuttle service, but the shuttle will only be picking up and dropping off between the hotel and the venue.
5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Formal attire: Please see the FAQ section for attire suggestions. Weather permitting please be advised we plan to host the ceremony outside. Our venue provides a coat check, so please feel free to wear a warm coat to the ceremony.
Ceremony will start PROMPTLY at 5:30pm. You MUST be seated by 5:20pm. Cocktails and reception to follow.
11:00 pm
The shuttle will be departing back for the Hyatt at the conclusion of the reception.
11:30 pm
Join the newlyweds for a post wedding drink at the hotel bar (open to 1am).
