We're Getting Married!

They say you never meet the right person at the wrong time because the right people are timeless. For Nick and Kristen, their story began in the most modern way—online. True to form, Nick was in a onesie, while Kristen was dressed to impress. It only made sense to go on a date, and, as expected, it went exactly as you’d imagine. Kristen took the lead—choosing the restaurant, making the reservation, and telling Nick when to show up. To match his laid-back vibe, she picked a sports bar. Over dinner, Kristen enthusiastically shared the ins and outs of hospital life, including all the gory details, while Nick talked about baseball. Neither of them knew much about the other's field of expertise, but instead of being a deal-breaker, it sparked a deeper curiosity. Soon, Nick discovered Kristen’s love for food and her passion for trying new restaurants. As a creature of habit, Nick had always stuck to his usual spots, but Kristen pushed him to step out of his comfort zone. Before long, they realized their quirky food habits perfectly complemented each other: Nick prefers the pizza crust (and has eaten a lot of it), while Kristen always leaves it behind. She’s a fan of the flats and he’s all about the drumsticks. As the years went by, their love for food turned into a shared passion for adventure—whether it was day trips to Rhode Island or tropical island getaways, they always made room for new memories.
