Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the wedding venue?

There will not be! The Hilton is directly across the street from the Old Courthouse, so crossing the street outside is all that is needed.

We are registered at Crate and Barrel, Amazon, West Elm, and Bed Bath and Beyond.

The RSVPs are due by April 25th.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you can park your car at the reserved Old Courthouse parking lot. This is the surface lot and the underground parking directly behind the venue on the north side (facing Browns Stadium). If the weather is nice, please walk outside to the front of the venue (to Lakeside avenue). If you choose to park underground, you will take the elevator to the first floor to enter the courthouse. After going through security, please follow the signs to enter the venue. Please make sure to bring your parking ticket with you to be validated at the bar!

What are the hotel parking options for the weekend at the Hilton?

Answer

There are two options: self-parking and valet at the Hilton. Self-parking is $38+ tax overnight through the Huntington Park Garage, which is directly connected to the underground tunnel. Valet parking is $48+ tax overnight. Note: Both options include in-out privileges! There are also numerous garages downtown you can choose to park in for a lower price if you just search "parking" on your maps app.

Is there a shuttle for the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle (Mr. A-1 Limo) will take people back and forth from the Hilton to Neuvo. The shuttle will run from 5:30 pm - 10:30 pm. This will pick up guests at the West entrance of the hotel, located across the lobby on the corner of Lakeside and Ontario. Note: the shuttle will NOT be where the valet drop off is!

What time is the hotel check in?

Answer

The hotel check-in guarantees your room will be ready by 4 pm. Please make sure to grab a welcome bag when you check in!

Question

I'm running late to the wedding and won't be able to check in beforehand. What should I do?

Answer

You can drop your bags off with the valet stand at the Hilton and they will hold them for you until you are able to check in.
