Take a drive along the Seward Highway to Girdwood for a day! Explore the many scenic hikes near Alyeska Ski Resort (we recommend Winner Creek Trail), ride the tram up the mountain for stunning views and a meal at the restaurant, or relax for a few hours at the Nordic Spa. *bake shop*

Seward

A little over 2 hours away from Anchorage, Seward is a small costal town with lots to do. We recommend Exit Glacier, the Seward Sealife Center, and even a wildlife cruise. There are many festivities and people on the 4th of July here with the mount marathon race and the street fair.
