FAQs

We know that many people will have questions so here is a list of FAQ's that will hopefully answer them all! If not, please contact Andrea at 360-982-1715 and she will answer them!
Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have limited space, so we simply can't have all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st using the link provided in your wedding invitation. If you have any issues with this process please reach out to Andrea Garcia at (360) 982-1715 and she can assist you.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal, please refrain from wearing denim, flannel, or any flashy colors!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space unless one of your little ones has specifically been invited on your invitation please plan to coordinate child care for the event.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! The venue will have parking provided, please follow the instructions of the parking attendant upon arrival. Also, please try to carpool if at all possible as it will make things easier for our parking attendants and ensure we have enough space!

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, and the reception will take place in an indoor barn with an outdoor patio.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow ample time for parking, finding a seat, as well as mingling with others!

Question

What type of food will you be serving at your wedding?

Answer

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner that will be catered by Double Barrel BBQ.

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony.

Question

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

Please respect our privacy and don't share photos of our wedding on social media, as we'd like to make a formal wedding announcement with our professional images. Thank you!
