We have chosen to have a small, intimate religious ceremony with just our closest family members to honor the sacrament of marriage in a deeply personal way. While this ceremony will be a private moment for us, we want you to know how much we cherish each and every one of you. To celebrate our union and share our joy with all our loved ones, we will be hosting our reception the following day. We look forward to raising a toast, sharing laughs, and creating unforgettable memories with all of you as we embark on this new chapter together. Our room block is at the Icona Avalon hotel which is where the bride and groom will be staying as well. We would love for you to join us at the Icona Avalon hotel for welcome drinks on Friday night for ALL guests traveling in from out of town. We will also have transportation for all guests staying in Avalon to the venues on Friday and Saturday. These shuttles will pick up/drop off guests at the Icona Avalon Hotel. Anyone staying in the area, but not at the hotel, are still welcome to utilize these shuttles. There is a list of hotels in the area on our travel tab if you would prefer to check out one of those in Avalon or Wildwood! There are also an abundance of airbnbs and house rentals at the jersey shore as well for families and large parties of friends.
Yes! A shuttle will be transporting guests to the church from the Icona Avalon hotel. Shuttles are also provided at the end of the night to head back to the Icona Avalon Hotel where the welcome party is held. There is also ample parking in the area for those who wish to drive.
Yes! There is ample parking directly near the church and restaurant. Addresses for these venues are posted on the personalized RSVP page.
Guests of the hotel will receive a designated parking spot at the hotel. Other wedding guests who are not staying at the hotel will have limited parking in the hotel parking lot. We encourage car pooling and utilizing our uber code to travel to the welcome party.
YES! We encourage people to utilize the transportation provided from the Icona Avalon hotel to our reception venue. Anyone staying in the area is welcome to utilize these shuttles! Shuttle times will be posted closer to the wedding date on here and the travel page.

Our wedding weekend is special celebration of our marriage and would love our guests to dress up for the celebrations. Dress codes are listed under each event on the RSVP page. Fridays' ceremony events' dress code are cocktail attire. The Friday night welcome party dress code is beach casual. The Saturday reception dress code is cocktail attire. Our wedding reception is at a more casual venue and we also want everyone to be comfortable and focus on having fun! We would love to see all guests in their most fun attire!
We love your little ones however due to our reception venue this is an adults only celebration.
While there is no strict arrival time, we encourage guests to arrive at our reception venue at 4 pm in order to get the most of the nights celebrations! The Saturday reception venue address is located on our "Schedule" page.
Sadly, we are only able to accommodate those whose names are specifically listed on the invitations. If you receive a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Weather permitting, all of our venues venue have both outdoor and indoor spaces. Guests are free to move about the venue spaces freely throughout the night!
Of course! Our reception will be a cocktail style reception. We will have an open bar for the entirety of the event supplying unlimited drinks all night long! For food, we will have hors d'oeuvres to start and a buffet dinner served later in the night. There will be no assigned seating and guests are welcome to move about the venue freely and enjoy multiple food and drink stations throughout the night.
