How do I RSVP?

Answer

Go up to the RSVP tab and sign up with your first and last name. Then select if you will or will not attend the events you are invited to. Click the "Next Event" button at the bottom.

Can we bring more than plus 1? Can we bring our children?

Answer

In order to keep within Covid guidelines, only the individuals who receive a postcard are allowed to come with 1 other. Unfortunately, we have to change the event to adults only. Although we would love to see your littles, please find other arrangements for your children. We need to keep the attendance count low. We understand if this prevents you from attending.

Is it a Halloween Party? Can I wear a costume!

Answer

Yes! We do allow costumes. However, please keep them late Victorian inspired and formal.

Important Rules to follow?

Black Canyon Inn is a non-smoking property both inside the condos, event space, and outdoors on the property. During the ceremony and reception, guests are allowed to smoke in the designated smoking area only. This is near the pool side of the Homestead. Smoking is otherwise prohibited in any area other than the smoker’s vehicle. This policy applies to all smoking materials, including marijuana. No pets of any kind are allowed in any of the buildings. Violation of this policy will cause an automatic fee of $250

What is the parking situation at Black Canyon Inn?

Answer

Parking is limited for the Pavilion. Guests should carpool if you are not lodging here. Signs will be posted to assist all guests with parking once you arrive on property. Ceremony guest parking for non-Property registered guests is at The Homestead parking lot (overflow parking is located at the property entrance.) Outside of The Homestead parking lot is for registered guests only. There is a loading zone at the pavilion that allows access for wheelchairs, walkers and strollers

The weather this time of year is unpredictable. Please check the weather before hand to confirm what kind of attire to pack.

Should I bring a winter coat/ gloves/ boots?

Answer

Yes. I would bring those things just in case the weather turns and it starts to snow.

DON'T GET ALTITUDE SICKNESS! Estes Park is 7,522 feet high in elevation. Please DRINK WATER and take some vitamins so that you don't get altitude sickness.
