In order to keep within Covid guidelines, only the individuals who receive a postcard are allowed to come with 1 other. Unfortunately, we have to change the event to adults only. Although we would love to see your littles, please find other arrangements for your children. We need to keep the attendance count low. We understand if this prevents you from attending.

Black Canyon Inn is a non-smoking property both inside the condos, event space, and outdoors on the property. During the ceremony and reception, guests are allowed to smoke in the designated smoking area only. This is near the pool side of the Homestead. Smoking is otherwise prohibited in any area other than the smoker’s vehicle. This policy applies to all smoking materials, including marijuana. No pets of any kind are allowed in any of the buildings. Violation of this policy will cause an automatic fee of $250
Parking is limited for the Pavilion. Guests should carpool if you are not lodging here. Signs will be posted to assist all guests with parking once you arrive on property. Ceremony guest parking for non-Property registered guests is at The Homestead parking lot (overflow parking is located at the property entrance.) Outside of The Homestead parking lot is for registered guests only. There is a loading zone at the pavilion that allows access for wheelchairs, walkers and strollers
