The ceremony will be starting promptly at 6:30pm on the beach next to the venue. Guests should allow time for parking, making their way to the ceremony, and being seated.
We are asking guests to use "Beach Formal" as a guideline for the dress code. For those attending the ceremony, keep in mind this will be on sand, while the reception will be indoors. For guidance, the wedding party will be in sandals or barefoot for the ceremony, and in appropriate shoes for the reception.
General parking for Pier Village is through the MPAY2 app or via kiosks throughout the development. People staying in Pier Village will have hotel parking available as well.
Presently there is no valet parking in Pier Village per the Long Branch municipal government. We will update this should that change before the day.
We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We've hired an amazing wedding photographer who will be capturing the ceremony — and we're inviting each of you to sit back, relax, and just enjoy the moment with us. We're respectfully asking that everyone consider leaving all cameras and cell phones off during the ceremony. Of course we will be happy to share our wedding photos with all of you you afterward!
If it is raining and a beach ceremony cannot be performed, the ceremony will take place in the venue. Guests will be directed at the time should a change be required. As both the ceremony and venue spaces are adjacent, no other change of plans will be required for guests.
There will be no assigned seats, no prior meal selection, no dedicated cocktail hour. The reception will feature bar type tables, open seating and spaces for guests to mingle and enjoy. It is a relaxed atmosphere with extensive food options, an open bar, and beautiful views while celebrating with the happy couple.
YES. The venue does have a "no shots or martinis" rule but otherwise the reception is open bar.
Although we love your little ones, in order to allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we respectfully ask that no children attend the reception.
At this time we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitations.
