All events throughout the weekend will take place at the W Punta de Mita, which is about 40 minutes outside of Puerto Vallarta. It is an absolutely gorgeous property that has all the fun, fabulous, fiesta vibes that we envisioned sharing with our closest friends and family during our special day. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport Puerto Vallarta (PVR)

Most flights from Texas, Virginia, and Columbus arrive any time between 12:30pm-3pm. Find other guests flying in at the same time as you to car pool to the hotel. If you book through the hotel, all transportation is in a Suburban can fit up to 6 people. From Texas: Southwest Airlines flies direct to PVR from Hobby. We think the Southwest flights will go on sale 180 days before so you won't be able to book this until September 22-24, depending on when you want to arrive. United flights through Houston IAH and arrives at 12:29pm or 2:24pm daily. From Virginia: Southwest out of BWI will have 1 stop through Houston or Denver. Flights for this will go on sale September 22-24. United flights through Houston. From Seattle: Alaska has a direct that arrives at 4:50pm. Delta has a direct that arrives at 4:18pm. Aeromexico has a direct that arrives at 4:18pm. From Columbus: United flys through IAH arriving at 2:30pm Delta flys through ATL arriving at 1pm

Transportation from Airport to Hotel

The airport is 19.3 miles E of the airport. We highly recommend booking travel through the hotel. The hotel charges $90-$100USD per way, but picks up in Suburbans so you can carpool if you're arriving on the same flight as other guests. Their services is 24 Hours, 7 days a week and the number to book is +52 329 2268333. If you do not book with the hotel, the estimated taxi fare: $80 USD (one way).
