What's happening the day before we say "I do"?

Answer

We're hosting a welcome reception on the Palmetto Breeze catamaran! It'll be an afternoon together on the water with light bites, cocktails, and a chance to spend time together before the big day! The boat will leave the Shem Creek pier at 2:00 - we can't wait to see you there! Attire: dressy casual!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00 PM - the "I do's" begin at 4:30.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We encourage you to dress in costal formal attire for a Charleston-chic look! Gentleman: light weight suits or sports coats with dress shoes. Ladies: Midi or Maxi dresses, or anything elegant with a flow and shoes that can handle a little sand.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

We've reserved a block of rooms at the beautiful Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina, which features two charming hotel options right on site: - The Beach Club: upscale, coastal luxury with waterfront views - The Harborside: relaxed and comfy with all the essentials Please note, by calling the hotel and sharing you are part of the Prince Wedding Group rate you can extend your days beyond Oct 31 & Nov 1.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We're getting married at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina and encourage you to use our room block to make the most of the weekend and stay right on site - its the easiest way to relax and enjoy every moment!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be a special time for us to celebrate, dance, and unwind with our closest family and friends. We kindly ask that only children 10+ join us for the festivities. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a fun, grown-up evening to remember!
