How to Book Rooms

Please use link below to book your rooms. The above diagram shows the room options and pricing. The only available option to book with the link is the double garden view. The rates apply 10/5/22-10/14/22 (note booking website shows Day/Month/Year) however, in order to be considered one of our rooms for our block you MUST book a minimum of the nights of 10/8, 10/9, and 10/10. If you would like to upgrade, forward your confirmation email to groups.bca.mx@iberostar.com. We used this verbiage... "I would like to upgrade this room to a ___ room, which is an upgraded category. The rate should be $___ for double occupancy. Please make this change and provide confirmation of the upgraded booking. Thank you" If you upgrade, it will take approximately a week to get a new confirmation number. You will get an email of cancellation of your OLD confirmation number and an email with your NEW confirmation number. Feel free to call Kristen if you have questions (913-526-7090).

Please contact one of the two options below and include that you are with the Hopkins/Peterson wedding as well as your travel information.
