Last day to book is November 15th. There will be a shuttle to pick up from hotel and also drop off after reception. This will be the first stop, pick up between 3:00-3:15 **Unfortunately check-in does not start until 4:00** They do accept early check-in's call the morning of arrival to see if your room is available.
