Cocktail hour will take place prior to our ceremony, starting at 4:30 pm. If you cannot attend cocktail hour, but would like to attend the ceremony, please plan to arrive by 5:15 pm to take your seat for the ceremony.

Yes, there is free parking for our wedding. Please do not leave your car in the parking lot overnight. If you plan to leave your car overnight, please use the carpool parking lot a 1/2 mile from our venue.
We do not have a shuttle for our wedding. Please arrange a ride if you plan to drink, and if you need to leave your car overnight please use the carpool parking lot a 1/2 mile from the venue.
Please do not use phones or cameras during our ceremony. We will have a photographer and a videographer to capture every moment, and would like everyone to be present in the moment with us.
Staff will reset the tables and chairs for the reception. Please feel free to grab a drink and appetizers while they reset, and then take your seat for the reception. Extended family will be asked to stick around for photos immediately following the ceremony.

Our venue does not allow outside alcohol or liquor shooters inside the venue. We will have a full, open bar for guests to enjoy!
