When should I RSVP by?

Please kindly RSVP by October 20th, 2025. Visit the RSVP page on the website and fill out the online form.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20 mins before the ceremony time to ensure you're seater and ready for the festivities! Our ceremony is starting at 4:30pm sharp!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire - men should wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie and nice dress shoes, while women can wear a floor-length dress, a sophisticated formal cocktail dress, or an elegant pantsuit.

Can I bring a Plus-One?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus-one, they'll be listed on your RSVP. We wish we could invite everyone!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hyatt Place Lake Travis / Four Points. Linked under "Hotel Block". Must book before October 20th, 2025. Complimentary shuttle will be available. This hotel is about 5 - 7 mins from the Welcome Party and Wedding Venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking at The UT Golf Club.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you stay at Hyatt Place linked under "Hotel Block", we will have a complimentary shuttle to and from this hotel to the Rehearsal Dinner, Welcome Party, and to the Wedding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception as adults-only event with the exception of our ring bearer and flower girl. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
