Arrival Notes

Answer

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to be seated for the ceremony. Friday afternoon traffic in the area will be busy, so allowing a little extra travel time will help ensure a relaxed arrival. The ceremony will take place in a covered, open-air pavilion just a short walk from the main building. Greeters will be there to guide you to refreshments and the ceremony pavilion.

The Reception

The reception will take place indoors. Seating will be open, so please feel free to sit wherever you’d like and enjoy the evening. A variety of food stations will be served, along with beer, wine, seltzers, and our signature cocktail, “The Schotty”. Non-alcoholic options will also be available.

Our celebration will conclude at 10:00 PM, so we’ll be making the most of the dance floor all evening! Vehicles may be left overnight in the Ivory Barn parking lot but must be picked up by 11:00 AM on Saturday.

For those who have asked, we’ve included a registry of personal experiences for our honeymoon—moments we’re especially excited to share together.
