FAQs

Have additional questions? See the below, and hopefully that gives you the info you need!
Question

What's the best way to get there?

Answer

If you're planning on flying, there are two options. You could fly into Boston, MA and then drive approximately two hours to the lake. Or, you could fly to Manchester, NH, and drive about an hour and a half. If you're driving, google maps works! Feel free to check the directions with either Kristen or Chris. We want you to feel comfortable getting here!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We adore your kiddos, but have limited space (and intend to dance the night away). Please make it a date night!

Question

What should I do between the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Wolfeboro is right on the Lake, so there are plenty of things to do and places to see right on the water. Check out the Things to Do tab on our website for some of our favorites.

Question

I see that the ceremony and reception are in different places. Are they far?

Answer

Nope! Everything is about 15 minutes from each other. Wolfeboro Inn to the ceremony? 15 minutes. The Wolfeboro Inn to the reception? 15 minutes. Pretend it's 30 minutes though. That would make Kristen feel better.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will have a buffet style meal that will cater to meat lovers, seafood lovers, veggie lovers, cheese lovers, basically any lover of food. Enjoy!

Question

What's Wolfeboro like?

Answer

In a word? Awesome! Everything is walkable, it's right on the lake, and it has tons of great shops and restaurants. Definitely find time to explore!

Question

I'm thinking of making this a Lake Winnipesaukee vacation. Should I?

Answer

Uh, duh! Lake Winnipesaukee is the best. Kristen has so many great memories coming up here as a kid -- especially on the 4th of July. From the town parade (a must-see) to the incredible fireworks show at night, you will have a quintessential New England stay! Oh, and the lake isn't too shabby either. If you want to make this a full vacation and need some ideas, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Question

Is Duke going to be there?

Answer

While we are obsessed with our dog, Duke, he will not make an appearance at the reception. Though he will be wearing a bowtie.

For all the days along the way
