— Q: Do you have any hotel recommendations? A: We have a room block for guests at The Wilson Hotel. Please see our 'Transportation and Lodging' page for more details. — Q: Is there other lodging available? A: There are condominiums and homes for rent through Stay Montana. If you choose to stay outside the hotel rooms blocks or Stay Montana, we recommend you find lodging in Town Center or The Meadows. Please refer to the 'Transportation and Lodging' tab for more info. Please be advised that July is peak season in Big Sky, so we recommend booking your flights and accommodations early.
— Q: Will there be transportation provided to the wedding? A: Yes, for transportation to the wedding at Rainbow Ranch Lodge, a shuttle will be leaving from The Wilson Hotel at 2:45pm and 3:15pm. A shuttle will be returning to The Wilson Hotel at the end of the evening. Those who are staying elsewhere will be responsible for getting to the shuttle at The Wilson Hotel in town center, or to the venue itself (which is why we recommend renting in Town Center or The Meadows if you choose to rent a condo/house, for close proximity to the shuttle). — Q: Should I rent a car? A: Big Sky is a 45min to an hour drive from the Bozeman airport. We recommend that you rent a car if you plan to explore Big Sky or Yellowstone. — Q: Are there shuttles available between the Bozeman Airport and Big Sky? A: Yes, Karst Stage and Peak Shuttle operate shuttles between Bozeman Airport and Big Sky. You can find this information on their respective websites. — Q: Are Ubers and Lyfts available? A: Ubers and Lyfts are difficult to find in Big Sky. We recommend making alternative transportation plans.
— Q: Will dinner be served? A: We will have appetizers and drinks, but we recommend having dinner beforehand! Check out the 'Things To Do' page for restaurant recommendations. — Q: Is there a dress code? A: Montana Cocktail (optional- and we're leaving this up to your interpretation).
— Q: Is there a dress code? A: Yes, the wedding is 'formal'. — Q: How should we dress for the elements on the wedding day? A: The weather in Big Sky is often warm and dry during the day, and cooler at night, so please plan to bring layers once the temperature drops! The ground is soft and grassy so we do not recommend stilettos.
