Answer

Yes, it will show your kids in the RSVP. Please let us know if this is not the case.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there is a shuttle from the Denver Marriott West. It will arrive at 4pm and leave for the venue at 4:15pm. The first pick up from the venue back to the hotel will be at 9pm. The shuttle will then run every 45 minutes until the end of the night

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

There will be welcome drinks Friday evening from 7:30-9:30pm

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend you arrive to the venue by 4:30pm. The ceremony starts at 5pm. The shuttle will be leaving the hotel at 4:15pm.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please reach out to Kristen & Brian and we will work with the venue.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, you can park at Mount Vernon. Cars can also be left there overnight.
