Current state guidelines allow for indoor events to be held with minimal restrictions. With the rise of case numbers and variants, these are subject to change. Any updates to these guidelines will be communicated here and at the venue.
With case numbers once again increasing and the severity of the Delta variant, we are asking everyone who is eligible and medically able to be fully vaccinated for our event. For anyone who is choosing to not vaccinate we ask that you respect our request and celebrate from home. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to reach out to Kristen or Luke.
We understand there are age and medical restrictions to receiving the vaccine. If you fall into one of these categories we still welcome you at our wedding. We want everyone to feel like their safety is the top priority which is why we are asking all eligible individuals be vaccinated.
The plan is to have an outdoor ceremony and indoor cocktail hour & reception. The ceremony will be moved indoors if the weather does not cooperate.
We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony begins. That will give everyone enough time to find a seat and enjoy a welcome drink!
Yes, there will be many food options and please discuss with your server if you have any specific allergies or restrictions. The venue is very accommodating!
Yes, our original date was May 22, 2021. We decided to postpone once we realized it would not be possible for everyone to get vaccinated in time to have the big, fun and safe party that we ultimately want. Since dates for the venue and our vendors availability were limited we had very few options and ended up with Sunday, November 7th.
Our niece (and flower girl), Mary Harper, is an incredible artist at just 6 years old! We couldn't agree on a what we wanted our invitations to look like when Luke had the great idea to ask MH to do some paintings with our wedding colors. We loved everything that she came up with and think it's a cute, unique touch for our wedding.
