o Arrive and check into lodging location o Check in with bride or groom that you have landed safely o Celebratory pig roast for dinner (all welcome) o After dinner, explore venue grounds, drinks, and family games

Wedding Day
1:00 pm - 11:45 pm
Dress: Warm Formal (it may be chilly, please dress accordingly)
o 9:00am – Light breakfast will be served on grounds at 9am (rolls, tea, coffee, and fruit juice) – if interested o Explore and Enjoy venue grounds: social rooms/games, spa services, visit grounds animals o 11:30am – Scone and sandwiches for guests staying in main house o 1:00pm – Guest arrive, drinks and canapes to be served o 2:00pm – Ceremony Time o 4:00pm – Reception Dinner Time o 7:00pm – 12:00am Party Time (cake and more snacks will be served later on in the evening) o 12:30am – Taxis will arrive for anyone staying off grounds o 1:00am – Event closed
