How are you handling Covid?

Answer

Our venue has added the following: -Vollara air purifying units -hand sanitizing stations -hired staff to clean high traffic areas We will completely understand if you are uncomfortable attending due to current situations. We are personally asking that you wear a mask to protect our loved ones. Your mask is to be worn inside when traveling. Please note that you will be sitting at a table with up to 10 people. We also understand if that would make uncomfortable and you only want to attend the ceremony and cocktail hour (which will both be outside). And as always, we ask that you please stay home if you are not feeling well. If necessary we can Zoom our day! We love you all and we are grateful for being able to continue with our celebration.

Can we take pictures at the wedding?

Answer

We respectfully ask that cellphones and cameras are not used at the ceremony. We would like our photographer to be able to capture the perfect moments and we would like to be the first to share our pictures on social media. Don't worry, our photographer is amazing and loves to share!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail please. However, the reception will be held outside and we want you to be comfortable.

Can we bring the kids?

Answer

We love all of your children as much as we love you! However, we would like you to enjoy the night with us and we hope you will respect our decision to have our wedding children-free.

Where does the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all take place on site at Barn Swallow Farm. The ceremony will be held outside on the lawn. The cocktail hour will be held in the wagon shed immediately following our vows.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

If you are staying at the provided accommodations there will be a shuttle provided to and from the hotel.
