Our out of town guests have many options for lodging including hotels and vacation rentals (AirBnB or Vrbo).
If you are interested in tourism, we recommend lodging in Downtown, Queen Anne, Fremont, Wallingford, or Capitol Hill. The options in these areas are urban and provide easy access to Seattle attractions and the wedding venue.
Other neighborhoods are further away from the main attractions are Wedgewood, Ravenna, Maple leaf, Laurelhurst, and Windermere.
IMPORTANT: Avoid hotels and lodgings near Aurora Ave north of Green Lake.
Flight
SeaTac Airport
If you are flying into Seattle, we recommend booking flights to SeaTac airport. From the airport you can travel to your lodging via train or ride share. Car rentals are available from the Rental Car Center at SeaTac, offering numerous providers.
Travel Note
Parking
Parking in Seattle is limited and usually paid. Ride share is a great option for visitors. Seattle also has an excellent public transportation system, but travel times are longer on bus or train.
Train
Light Rail
Seattle has a rail line running from SeaTac airport to Lynwood, Washington north of Seattle. The Orca card allows you to use the train and bus system and can be loaded at kiosks or online.
