The ceremony is planned to be an outdoor event. In the event of inclement weather, it will be moved indoors. The reception will be in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

No parking is permitted on the residence grounds to keep the grounds free for the event and vendors. Directly across from the property is a parking area. Guests are welcome to stop on property before parking to provide shorter walking distance to passengers.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend an arrival thirty minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated in time.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride, groom and immediate family will be taking pictures nearby for an hour. Guests can head straight indoors to the cellar to grab a drink from the bar and fill up on charcuterie style appetizers during the outdoor cocktail hour. Brunch style reception will immediately follow. We will spend time together, cut the cake and guests will depart by 830pm.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and festivities, we respectfully ask that no children attend our celebrations. For those with Little’s, we have arranged for childcare for the duration of the ceremony and reception. Please let us know if your Little’s would like to enjoy the kids only party as soon as possible so we may get an accurate head count.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue indoor area has a handicap accessible ramp as an alternate to the stairs.

Question

Will there be food and drink during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving charcuterie appetizers and a brunch buffet accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a selection of wine, beer and spirits as well as non alcoholic refreshments.

Question

Will dinner be served at the reception? What kind of food?

Answer

For the reception we have opted for an afternoon brunch style buffet. This will include an assortment of wraps, sandwiches, muffins, danishes, fruits and other like foods. There will also be a dessert table with an assortment of sweets for after the cake cutting.

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest or things to do?
