Evans Towne Center Park

Friday, October 3rd: Food Truck Friday: This event takes place at Evans Towne Center Park. Saturday, October 4th: Augusta Duck Dash 2025: This event is scheduled for the Savannah Rapids Pavilion. FireK24: This event will be held at Evans Towne Center Park. Sunday, October 5th: Neil deGrasse Tyson: The renowned astrophysicist will be speaking at the Columbia County Performing Arts Center.

Steed's Dairy

Our October family tradition is to visit Steed's Dairy in the fall and select our favorite pumpkins. They have food, a petting zoo, hay rides, and lots of family fun. If you have time, it is highly recommended to take the kids or go on a couples' outing with hot cider and enjoy the lovely views.

Augusta Riverwalk Marina

The Augusta Riverwalk is a multi-level brick trail that spans from 6th to 10th Streets along the banks of the Savannah River, serving as the front porch of our city and one of our most popular parks. If you've ever visited us from out of town, we love showing off this beautiful area with our friends. Perfect for a walk after dinner in downtown Augusta.

Izumi Japanese Buffet

The Wilson couple loves seafood and sushi! This is one of our favorite places to visit if you like a variety of sushi and hibachi in Evans, not too far from Appling, GA.

Rhinehart's Oyster Bar

This is one of our favorite seafood restaurants in Augusta and Evans, and it's also where we had one of our very first dates! They offer daily drink and meal specials, along with a casual and cozy atmosphere.

Mistletoe State Park
