Of course we met at Target! Robert and I met at Target back in 2016. This is when Robert was first working in Target Mobile and I was working Guest Service. Over the corse of the next two years working together, we slowly got to know each other and became friends. Unfortunately Target Mobile was cut from our store and Robert had to find another job. The day after Robert’s last day working at Target, I received the most beautiful flowers at work. The card read, “Just because you’re Beautiful -R”. I had no clue who sent them and never figured it out. In 2019 Robert came back to work at Target and our friendship only grew stronger and stronger. In the winter of 2020, Robert finally dropped the bomb shell of secretly sending me those flowers from two years before. Come to find out, the flower shop forgot to put his full initials “RH”. Ironic right? But, we like to think, we came into each other’s lives at the right moment and everything played out the way it was supposed to be. Robert took me on our first date to CiCi’s Pizza in Columbia and then we went to The Magic tree on December 10, 2020. Exactly one year to the day, Robert took me on the exact same date. This is when he got down on one knee under the gazebo and asked me to Marry Him! The ring was hiding in his sock the entire time. Over these last three years, we have grown our family and have strengthen not only our relationship but also our friendship. We believe you should marry your best friend and I cannot wait to marry mine. Thank you so much for having an impact in our lives in some way.
