Due to the uncertain and ever-changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic we have decided to monitor the situation in our state, as well as the state(s) from which guests will be traveling through the end of August. From there, we will be making a decision on wether to postpone our celebration in order to have everyone in invited present and keep everyone safe. Given the current circumstances we understand people’s reluctance to book travel arrangements and want to give everyone the option to do so in a timely fashion if we are to proceed with plans as scheduled. If we aren’t able to proceed we want to give everyone enough notice so they haven’t made purchases which they can not have refunded. If things are not trending in a positive direction by the end of August, and restrictions in New Jersey are still as tight as they presently are we will be postponing our celebration until the spring of 2021. We hope everyone understands and is staying safe! We love you all and look forward to celebrating with you when the time is right.
So as our previous post stated we had intentions on waiting until the end of August to decide whether or not to change our wedding plans; however after receiving news that the venue at which we planned to have the reception has permanently closed we felt it was time to call it and are unfortunately cancelling our existing plans. We are going forward with a small ceremony involving family only - some remotely - and when circumstances allow, schedule a celebration hopefully for the spring of next year.
