We have reserved a hotel block at Hotel Madison for Thursday July 10, Friday July 11, and Saturday July 12. We HIGHLY recommend staying at Hotel Madison as we have rented shuttle buses that will take you to and from the venue on the day of the wedding! When booking your room at Hotel Madison please use this exact link https://reservations.travelclick.com/110365?groupID=4466832 or you can call the front desk at 540-564-0200 and tell them you are part of the "Harrington-Harrison Wedding" room block to ensure your room is booked in the block at the special group rate. ***Please be sure to book your room BEFORE June 9, 2025 as this is the last day to guarantee you’ll get your room at the special group rate. ***If you plan to arrive on Friday July, 11 we recommend requesting an Early Check-in, as standard check-in at Hotel Madison is 4PM and that is the time we need everyone to be heading to the venue!

Washington Dulles International Airport is about a one hour and 45 minute drive to the Harrisonburg area. If you fly into Dulles we then recommend renting a car and driving to the Harrisonburg area.
