3:30 pm - 10:30 pm
For guests traveling from out of town, we will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue. The buses will be picking guests up from Home2Suites at around 3:45 PM the afternoon of the wedding. After the evening wraps up, the buses will leave to go back to the hotel around 10:30 PM. If you booked a stay at a different local hotel and are not staying at the Home2Suites, you are still more than welcome to hop on the bus. However, you will need to work out transportation to and from Home2Suites. Ubers and other ride sharing services are not always available in Avon, but are widely accessible near the hotels.
4:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Cocktail Attire: A suit or dress shirt with a tie is suggested. A midi or full length dress or a dressy jumpsuit are also welcome.
Please arrive to the venue no later than 4:15 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, immediately followed by the cocktail hour and reception.
