It was a fateful night scrolling and swiping on Hinge when Krista and Kyle's paths crossed, followed by an in-person sushi date that was much too early in the evening for Krista's liking. Over the next year, they became inseparable due to an undeniable connection, similar life goals, and a healthy knack for annoying each other. After a year of dating, Kyle and Remi joined Krista in the Central West End where Kyle easily agreed to having zero closet space and one bathroom.... and the rest is history.

Kyle quickly realized that he would be proposing, and eventually got down on one knee during summer vacation in Nice, France. He also proposed a second time after returning home when the real ring was ready, because who would propose with a fake ring? The latter took place in their apartment (surrounded by remodeling and misplaced furniture) where they first fell in love, with Remi by their side.
