Parking at the ceremony is VERY limited. It’s a first come, first served situation. We are competing with the public and a lodge for parking. For this reason, we are providing a shuttle from The Village to the ceremony. The shuttle will return from the ceremony back to The Village Lodge where you can change, freshen up, grab your own car, or take the shuttle to the reception. THERE WILL BE NO RETURN SHUTTLE FROM THE RECEPTION. You will have to use public transportation (trolley) or get an Uber or a cab back to your hotel. Or ask your hotel if they have a shuttle! There is plenty of parking at the reception, the shuttle was just an alternative for people who may not want to have a car for the evening.
Shuttles from The Village to the ceremony begin at 1:15 pm- picking up from The Village Lodge lobby.

Discount Lodging Address Through Mammoth Lakes for Wedding
Book discount rooms at the Village Lodge and a couple other places. The Village is the closest and most accessible for the discount lodging options. The Village is condo style rentals with 1-2 rooms and full kitchen and furnishings. The shuttle will be picking up/ dropping off at the lobby of The Village. WE DO NOT SUGGEST MAMMOTH INN. The hotel is way up at the main ski lodge away from all other activities. And there’s a hefty cancelation fee attached to it.
