When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask you RSVP by Friday, September 13, 2024 directly on the website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Ceremony begins at 4:30pm. There is plenty of on-site parking at Villa Parker and you may arrive up to 30 minutes early!

Is there a dress code for the Wedding Ceremony and Reception?
Answer
Semi-Formal: Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, tuxes and fancy gowns not so much :) Ceremony and Cocktail hour will be located outside.

Can I bring a date?

We’re keeping things cozy and can only invite the people we’re closest to. We hope you understand! Any plus ones will be indicated when you RSVP.

Are kids welcome?

With respect....while we love your little ones, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only event. We hope this advanced notice means you are still able to share our big day! As far as the Welcome Reception on Thursday, we completely understand if any babies or children need to be in attendance. Please communicate with Krista :)

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

James and Krista will be staying at the Thompson Denver, located in downtown Denver. Thompson Denver, by Hyatt 1616 Market Street Denver, CO 80202 There are plenty of hotel options located in the downtown Denver area to choose from :) please feel free to reach out to Krista if you need further recommendations. The Welcome Party, Left Hand Brewery RINO, is located in the RINO district of Downtown Denver. Ceremony and Reception, Villa Parker, is located in Parker, Colorado (roughly a 35-minute drive from Downtown Denver). Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Since we do not have a guest room block, transportation is not provided. There is plenty of onsite parking at Villa Parker. UBER and LYFT is also a great option!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We will be hosting a Welcome Reception on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Left Hand Brewery in Denver. We are looking forward to spending more time with everyone that is able to attend!
