We have reserved a room block at DoubleTree by Hilton for our guests. Transportation will be provided to and from the venue for guests staying at the hotel.

We recommend booking early to secure your spot. You must book by August 25th to be apart of our block.
A shuttle will depart from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony and will return guests to the hotel at the end of the night, so you can relax and enjoy the celebration safely.
Shuttle will depart from the hotel at 4:15PM.
We are aware that check-in is at 4:00PM, if for some reason early check in is not available and you don't wish to run up to your room, bags can be left with the front desk staff and brought to your room for you.
