No! Both Midway and O'Hare are great options with access to downtown via public transit or rideshare apps.
We will not be providing formal transportation but Chicago has ample options from rideshare to public transit! If you're opting for public transit, the welcome reception is located off of the Armitage Brown Line stop or Fullerton Red Line stop. The ceremony & reception is located off of the Chicago Red Line stop.
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5pm, we recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to take your seat.
Our welcome reception on Saturday is casual so please wear whatever you're comfortable in. For Sunday's ceremony, we'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The dress code is cocktail attire. Please no jeans or denim.
Examples include suits, sport coats and dress pants, formal jumpsuits, cocktail dresses (mini, midi, knee-length, or full-length).
While the cocktail reception area has open windows, the venue is otherwise fully indoors.
Chicago Winery is located at 739 N Clark Street. City Winery is often the first thing to pop up within maps apps so be sure to double check!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" with no phones or cameras as we'd love for you to be fully present with us as we say "I do." Before and after the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
