What are the food options?

Answer

Bourbon Beef Tenderloin, Mediterranean Chicken Breast, Herb Baked Salmon, Stuffed Poblano Pepper (Vegetarian). Sides include Buttery Herb Mashed Potatoes (GF, Veg), Verde Rice (GF, Veg), Seasonal Vegetables (GF, Veg), and Caesar Salad. There will also be gluten free and vegetarian appetizer options.

Is this entirely outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be outdoors and the dinner will be under a tent. We have rented heaters, and in the case of inclement weather, walls will be put up around the tent and the ceremony will be held under another tent.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

There will be a large parking lot for everyone's cars at the lower level of the venue. A shuttle will drive you up the hill to the ceremony area.

Accessibility

Answer

To access the ceremony space, guests in wheelchairs or walkers would need to be dropped off next to the terraces and then have someone help them over the grass. The shuttle that we provide is not handicap accessible (there are a few steps), but we would be happy to reserve parking for a handicap accessible vehicle to park directly at the tent if a family member wanted to help. In regards to the bathroom, the primary restroom for events is the restroom trailer which has three steps up into it. However, there is a handicap accessible porta john up at the Tent that does not have any stairs. Alternatively, the tasting room down the mountain will be open to the public until 8pm, so if someone wanted to drive down to the tasting room, guests are welcome to use one of the four large spacious restrooms in the tasting room anytime before 8pm.
