We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 3:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, and arriving early allows time for parking and shuttle service to the venue if needed. Arriving a little early will also give you a chance to get settled before the celebration begins!

We kindly ask that only those who are listed on the RSVP attend. Each guest has already been given a plus one, so please be sure to RSVP for both you and your guest. We can’t wait to celebrate with everyone who’s confirmed!

Although we adore your little ones, due to the open bar service and venue space on several open acres of unzoned land, we respectfully ask you join us for an adults-only reception.

Yes, we have reserved a hotel block at Aloft Austin Downtown. The hotel is located at 109 E 7th St, Austin, TX 78701 and there will be a dedicated shuttle transporting guests to the venue. You can find more information about the hotel under the Travel tab above or call the hotel directly at (512) 476-2222

Yes! Please make sure to include any allergy information on your RSVP form to ensure this information makes it our caterer. Your safety is very important to us!

Yes! The ceremony and reception are taking place at the same venue and there is plenty of parking available.
