Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center
Come visit the very spot where Bryce proposed to Krista. In the Savannah Meadow, amongst the wildflowers, this was where we made it official that we'd be spending the rest of our lives together.
Fresa's - South First
The place that started it all! Fresa's was where we had our first date on July 15, 2019. We didn't know it at the time since neither one of us were looking for a serious relationship, but after one single date together we knew that this was going to grow into something beautiful.
OMG Squee
OMG Squee is a staple in our relationship. It's an Asian American inspired dessert shop specializing in rotating mochi donuts, soft serve, and macarons. Bryce and I always get a taiyaki sundae (the ube is Krista's favorite) with fruity pebbles on top, and we'll usually get a mochi donut each as well because they're always too cute not to.
Amy's Ice Creams
Another first date favorite! Krista worked at Amy's Ice Creams for two and a half years in high school and still claims it's one of the best ice creams in Austin. While we went to the South Congress location on our first date, the South Lamar location is closest to our wedding venue!
Sazan Ramen
We are Sazan ramen fiends; this is a great spot for the vegetarians since they can sub any ramen with vegan broth and double the ajitama at no extra cost. We always get the mayu black broth with an extra spicy bomb to make it perfect.
