A passport book is required to fly to Mexico. If you do not already have your passport, please apply for one. Receiving in the mail can take 6-8 weeks. Please be advised that enhanced ID.s and passport cards will NOT work for air travel to Mexico, only an actual passport book will get you to Cancun by plane. Please make sure you have a valid passport by August 1st 2025.
Yes! All food, drinks and most activities are included in your stay. If you're foodies like us you will love the ten different restaurants located inside the resort. From seafood, sushi, hibachi, Italian, Mexican, French, Brazilian steakhouse, to an all you can eat buffet.
Fly into Cancun (CUN) airport! Please book flights on your own. Transportation to/from Cancun airport is included with your package as long as flights are provided by the deadline. Make sure to have your flight information by October 11, 2025, so that Melanie can arrange your transfers to/from the resort. After booking your room Melanie follow-up with instructions on how to submit your flight information.
Once you get off the flight, you will head to customs/Immigration. Afterwards, you will claim your luggage (if checked bags) and leave the airport. When you are exiting the airport there are many people dressed as if they work at the airport which will try to sell you things or a ride. Do not engage, just keep on walking! Once outside the airport you will proceed to find your transportation van. There are many transportation vans all parked in one area, find the van with the company name Melanie has provided.
Semi-formal beach cocktail attire. Beach wedding attire is the same as any other wedding where you dress according to the formality of the event, but unlike a normal celebration, there are some small changes to accessories and fabrics that will make you much more comfortable! Options for women ....dresses, suits, or jumpsuits. If. For shoes Dressy sandals/flats, chunky heels, and wedges are acceptable footwear options. Options men.... while a jacket isn’t required, a breathable sports coat or unique blazer is a fun choice. On the shoe front, your footwear can be a little more casual, such as a loafer or deck shoe. Again, shorts and sandals are not permitted. Men's ties are optional, but still welcome.

We want our guest to enjoy their time on vacation. Anything planned outside of the ceremony and reception is totally optional but all guest are welcome to attend all events!
As much as we would love to invite everyone, our guest count only allows us to accommodate a certain amount to our ceremony & reception. Thank you for understanding. Guest who did receive a plus one or have their children listed on the invitation are included.
